Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Binding Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into the QuROI Master Terms of Use. Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited and restricted uses of QuROI services, including the QuROI Platform, Wisepanel, DiamondMCP, and the QuROI Context Engine API (collectively, the "Services").
1. Illegal Activities
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate any federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- Harm, exploit, or endanger minors in any way
- Facilitate fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or financial crimes
- Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Engage in human trafficking or modern slavery
- Violate export control or economic sanctions laws
- Facilitate terrorism, extremist violence, or organized crime
2. High-Risk or Safety-Critical Use
Strictly Prohibited Uses
The Services are not designed for and must not be used for:
- Medical diagnosis or treatment - Do not use AI outputs to diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical care
- Legal analysis for reliance - Do not use outputs as legal advice or for decisions with legal consequences
- Financial investment decisions - Do not rely on AI outputs for trading, investing, or financial planning
- Safety-critical systems - Aviation, nuclear, autonomous vehicles, transportation control, industrial equipment
- Emergency response systems - Police dispatch, fire response, emergency medical services, crisis hotlines
- Criminal justice decisions - Sentencing, parole, bail, predictive policing
3. Harmful AI Practices
You may not use the Services to:
A. Deception & Manipulation
- Generate deceptive deepfakes of real individuals without consent
- Impersonate government officials, public figures, or organizations
- Conduct mass persuasion, propaganda, or disinformation campaigns
- Create fake reviews, testimonials, or social media content at scale
- Generate phishing emails, scam content, or fraudulent messages
B. Surveillance & Privacy Violations
- Build facial recognition or biometric surveillance systems
- Track or monitor individuals without proper consent and legal basis
- Analyze personal data to create discriminatory profiles
- Scrape or harvest personal information without authorization
C. Discrimination & Harm
- Create systems that discriminate based on protected characteristics (race, religion, gender, disability, etc.)
- Generate hate speech, harassment, or content that incites violence
- Build tools designed to doxx, stalk, or harass individuals
- Develop applications that promote self-harm or eating disorders
4. Technical Abuse
You may not:
A. Reverse Engineering & Model Extraction
- Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or recreate AI model weights or parameters
- Probe the Services to discover multi-agent orchestration logic, agent role generation, or debate structures
- Create synthetic datasets designed to replicate or compete with QuROI's proprietary algorithms
- Use outputs to train competing foundation models or multi-agent systems
B. System Abuse
- Conduct automated scraping, crawling, or harvesting of the Services
- Flood the system with excessive requests (DoS/DDoS attacks)
- Circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or security measures
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to abuse the Services
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts
C. Billing & Credit Abuse
- Circumvent billing mechanisms or metering systems
- Share accounts to avoid paying for multiple users
- Use stolen payment methods or fraudulent credit cards
- Initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve disputes
5. Intellectual Property Abuse
You may not:
- Infringe copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights
- Generate content that unlawfully uses others' trademarks, logos, or brand identities
- Upload or transmit pirated materials, copyrighted works without permission, or stolen trade secrets
- Use the Services to bypass paywalls or access control mechanisms
- Create derivative works of the Services without authorization
6. Spam & Unwanted Communications
You may not use the Services to:
- Send unsolicited commercial emails (spam)
- Generate bulk marketing content without recipient consent
- Conduct SMS or messaging spam campaigns
- Create automated telemarketing or robocall content
7. Malicious Software
You may not use the Services to:
- Generate malware, viruses, ransomware, or trojan horses
- Create exploit code or zero-day attacks
- Develop tools designed to compromise computer systems
- Build command-and-control (C2) infrastructure for botnets
8. Weapons & Military Use
You may not use the Services to:
- Design, develop, or operate autonomous weapons systems
- Create military targeting or strike coordination tools
- Generate instructions for building explosives, chemical weapons, or biological agents
- Develop tools for cyberwarfare or nation-state attacks
Authorized Security Research Exception
Authorized security testing, defensive security, CTF challenges, and educational contexts may be permitted. Contact us at security@quroi.com for approval.
9. Content Moderation
We use automated and manual moderation to detect AUP violations. Flagged content or activity may result in:
- Warnings or account notifications
- Temporary suspension pending investigation
- Permanent account termination
- Reporting to law enforcement where legally required
10. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP:
- Security Issues: security@quroi.com
- Abuse or Harmful Content: abuse@quroi.com
- IP Infringement: legal@quroi.com
11. Consequences of Violations
Violation of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate suspension of account access
- Termination of account without refund
- Forfeiture of unused credits (including purchased credits)
- Legal action for damages or injunctive relief
- Reporting to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or affected parties
- Permanent ban from creating future accounts
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP to address new risks, technologies, or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced via email or dashboard notification.
