This AI Output Licensing Statement applies to all content generated by QuROI services, including Wisepanel multi-agent debates, DiamondMCP tool outputs, and API responses ("Outputs").

1. Ownership of Outputs

Except where prohibited by law:

You Own Your Outputs

Subject to the restrictions below, you own the rights to Outputs generated from your inputs ("User Content").

This includes:

Text, summaries, analysis, recommendations
Multi-agent debate transcripts and synthesis
Charts, structured data, or derived insights
Code, documentation, or technical content

2. No Warranty of Originality

Outputs may not always be unique or novel. They may:

Overlap with responses produced for other users
Contain public-domain or widely known structures
Reflect patterns found in model training data
Include systemic patterns from provider models

We do NOT guarantee: Originality, Non-infringement, Patentability, or Copyrightability

3. Restricted Uses

A. High-Risk Use Restrictions

You may not use Outputs for:

Medical decision-making or diagnosis
Legal reliance or advice
Financial advisory or investment decisions
Government or military targeting
Safety-critical systems (aviation, nuclear, etc.)
Emergency response or crisis management
Autonomous weapons or harmful applications

B. Competing AI Models

Outputs may not be used to:

Train competing foundation models or LLMs
Extract or recreate provider model weights
Build multi-agent platforms that replicate QuROI functionality
Develop synthetic datasets designed to reverse-engineer our systems

4. License to QuROI

You grant us a limited license to your User Content and Outputs solely for:

Operating the Services
Preventing fraud and abuse
Security monitoring
Performance optimization
Fulfilling legal obligations
Providing customer support

We do not use Outputs to train base models unless you explicitly opt-in.

5. Third-Party Rights

Outputs may depend on third-party AI model providers (industry-leading providers). Use of Outputs is subject to any applicable third-party terms governing those services.

6. Export Control

You may not export Outputs to restricted jurisdictions as defined by US law. See our Export Control & Sanctions Statement.
