API Terms of Use

These API Terms apply to all access to the QuROI Context Engine API.

1. License

We grant a limited, revocable license to access the API solely for integrating QuROI services into your applications.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Exceed rate limits or usage quotas
• Use the API for model extraction or reverse engineering
• Abuse or overload systems
• Build competing multi-agent systems
• Copy or clone orchestration logic

3. Security

You must:

• Protect API keys and credentials
• Rotate credentials as needed
• Report breaches immediately

4. Data Rights

You own inputs and outputs from API requests, subject to the same AI output disclaimers as general usage.

5. No High-Risk Use

API may not be used for:

• Safety-critical functions
• Law enforcement automation
• Real-time surveillance
• Weaponry or emergency response

6. Termination

We may revoke API access for abuse, security risks, or violations of law.
